Site Safety Planning and ImplementationDevelop and implement site-specific Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for all interior-related activities. Ensure that site-specific safety procedures are followed across all trades: civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc. 2. Compliance and DocumentationEnsure compliance with local and national safety regulations (e.g., IS codes, NBC norms). Maintain statutory records such as safety inspection checklists, accident logs, toolbox talk registers, safety induction records, etc. Prepare incident/accident reports and ensure timely submission to management or regulatory authorities. 3. Safety Training & AwarenessConduct safety inductions for all workers, subcontractors, and new joiners. Organize regular toolbox talks focusing on trade-specific risks (e.g., working at height, electrical safety, use of power tools). Promote a culture of safety through banners, posters, and awareness campaigns on-site. 4. Monitoring and EnforcementConduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe practices and rectify hazards. Monitor scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work platforms used for ceiling or light installations. 5. Conduct joint site safety walks with project/site in-charge regularly. Plan for emergency exits and fire safety measures in confined areas or occupied premises. 6.
